1 · Measure and plan

We measure the rooms, check the slab for moisture and flatness, and note every doorway, threshold and height change. The estimate reflects what the rooms actually need.

2 · Prepare the subfloor

Old flooring comes up, the slab is cleaned, and low spots are filled with self-leveling compound. Skipping this is how floors end up hollow-sounding and loose at the seams.

3 · Acclimate and lay

Planks sit in the room before installation so they settle to its temperature and humidity. Then we set the layout — including which direction the boards run, which changes how big the room feels.

4 · Trim and clean up

Transitions, quarter round and stair nosing finish the job, and we take the debris with us. You should walk into a room that is ready to use, not a site that needs tidying.
